Cultivation
Coffee plants are grown using traditional organic methods on Sri Lanka’s fertile highland soils, nurtured by skilled farming families across generations.
Hand Picking
Only perfectly ripe, deep-red cherries are selected by hand — ensuring only the finest fruit enters our processing chain. No compromises.
Processing
Each batch undergoes either washed, natural, or honey process — chosen to best express the unique characteristics of the specific lot and origin.
Artisan Roasting
Small-batch roasting unlocks each coffee’s potential. We roast to individual profiles, from delicate light roasts to deep, complex dark roasts.
Packaging & Delivery
Freshly roasted coffee is sealed in specialty bags with one-way valves to preserve peak freshness, and delivered directly to our customers.
